Stop the Database State

2008's intake of freshers are the first lot of students who will most likely be uniformly affected by the National Identity Register, when they come to apply for their third year student loans. Manchester Students Against ID is hoping to highlight the dangers of the database state, to give these Freshers new ways to get involved and fight the scheme, and to provide plenty of fun while doing so.

We need people to sign up students at our freshers' fair stall. Leaflets, badges etc. will be provided, along with information on upcoming events. Please volunteer for a shift - ideally we'll have two or three people for each one in case of unforeseen unavailability.
