Towards a Universal DNA Database

Dave Page from Manchester NO2ID has been invited to speak at this debate. See the MOSI website for ticket details.

The UK national DNA database is the largest of its kind in the world, containing records of all those who have been arrested in recent years. One in 20 citizens have their DNA fingerprint on file. Human rights organisations such as Liberty protest that the system goes too far whilst others argue that the database should be extended to all citizens.

Come and join in the debate on this highly controversial subject with expert speakers giving their opinions from both sides.

Update: NO2ID supporters can get free tickets to this event by booking in advance on 0161 606 0206 and quoting the name "Owen Hillier".
